Ashley G. Ingram, born in Northampton, England, started life with a speech impediment/problem, that he ultimately fixed by himself. Having seen first hand how speech challenges can destroy self-confidence and self-esteem, Ashley vowed that one day that he would help others overcome these challenges.

 

He went on to become a member of Imagination, three piece band, who came to prominence in the early 1980s, and then became a successful singer-song writer Music producer and composer with hit records and credits like: “YOU GOTTA BE” produced by Ashley and co–written by the singer Des’ree and himself. Ashley Ingram was awarded the “Ivor Novello Award” by the British Academy of Songwriters, Composers and Authors (B.A.S.C.A.) which is the highest accolade achievable in music composition in England, Europe and recognized all over the world, and the “BMI Award” by the Broadcast Music Inc. 8 times both in the UK and the US. Ashley Ingram also has name credit associations with artists like Mariah Carey, Beyonce from Destiny’s Child , Christina Aguilera and Des'ree for either Musical arrangements,  composition Music production and Musical performances.

 

With his success in music, Ashley Ingram decided to invest in his passion for helping and teaching. Ashley had been working with Voice wave form analysis through music and singing, since 1982. Because of this study, the progression to studying speech pathology was natural. Ashley found commonalities between the process of speech pathology and the way that he taught singers to sing. He invented Digital Voice analysis for speech (D-VA). With millions of dollars self invested In “state of the Art” technologies for students to successfully study “English for speaking”. Today his work has helped thousands of students ranging from elementary to adults to successfully overcome speech challenges and speak English clearly with confidence, helping people learn to speak English in a way never taught before...

 

Ashley Ingram lives in Asia with his wife Ryoko and son Daichi who inspired him to write these children's songs.
